If you need to report your child's absence from school, please either call the absence line 0121 4643172 and press 1 for attendance (where you will be able to leave a voicemail) or if you are unable to get through email the enquiry email address at enquiry@hillcrest.bham.sch.uk

Please ensure you leave the following information:

• Child's full name

• Child's year group

• Reason for the absence

• If you are self-isolating, please advise the school what date this is starting from.

• A contact number, should we need to contact you

• Any further information you would like to share
